Untuk itu, Walhi Aceh mendesak pemerintah Kota Sabang dan aparat kepolisian untuk bertindak cepat terkait kasus ini. Sehingga kasus ini menjadi pelajaran bagi setiap pemilik kapal, serta kasus serupa tidak terulang kembali di masa akan datang.
